Old Town Square is the nicest historical sight i have seen so far. Beware of the pickpockets and expensive restaurants

Stay here long enough often enough and you will still find things you haven't noticed befoe

It was almost a surreal experience both times I got to see Old Town Square. It is like something out of a storybook. An abundance of old, exquisite buildings. Happily, the buildings in Old Town Prague were spared during the war.

Unbelievable! You might be tempted to think it's a film set!

Somewhere to relax with a cold beer watching the world go by

This is a large square with numerous restaurants and food kiosks within a stones throw of each other. We kept coming back to this area as we traversed the city for three days.

The highlight must be the Astronomical Clock. It is absolutely beautiful, as is the building in which it is housed. We were lucky enough to have the enormous doors just to the side open as we passed by. Like a flash we were in, and the ceiling was superb- then we were chucked out, but it is a lovely memory.... During our visit to the Square a Food Festival was in full swing. Everything from roasted sauges,grilled Hams and sweets as well as other Czech specialities were for sale.Delicious.
