The climb isn't too exhausting and the view is fantastic. Although it doesn't hold a candle compared to Eiffel Tower, it is worth a visit. It is actually a little shaky up top but safe.

Over 200 steps or take the elevator. Observation deck a third of the way up and at the top. The views at the top are spectacular. Have a beer or coffee in the cafe after, then walk the gardens north toward Strahov Monastery. Many beautiful views on that walk.

The views at the top of Petrin Tower are really good. There is a choice of using the lift (for extra money) or the stairs to reach the top. The lift only holds about 4 people so on a busy day it could potentially cause some wait before you get to go up, and it may be quicker to use... More

Worth the climb. If you cannot climb, then for a slightly more fee, you can use the lift. The views are breathtaking. On a clear day, you can even see people moving in masses across the Charles Bridge :)

Superb views (but better from the i-deck as no glass to get in the way), nice engineering. Good value for money.
