We spent the evening at the 21:00 performance. We arrived two hours before the performance and bought the last tickets. If you plan to come buy tickets early. Insode smoking is prphibited, but for some odd reaspn people smoke on the steps and in the tpilets. They only serve drinks and chips so don't come on an empty stomach. the... More

We walked by the entrance to here one afternoon and tried to remember where it was but got a little turned around the evening we needed to return. However, once we got there we were well rewarded with a great show in a good venue. The table service was attentive and prices were reasonable. The crowd seemed to be a... More

This small jazz club 50 meters from the main square features local musicians, of whom there seem to be many, judging by the ubiquity of Jazz clubs in the city. Small, consisting of one main cellar with seating for 50 or so people, the cozy atmosphere was underscored by the local friendly staff. We were here for New Year's Eve:... More

We had a look into a few jazz places, as you do in Prague, and this one looked good, and it didn't dissappoint. The food was lovely, and the band on that night were great too. Would suggest this one to anyone.

I searched and reviewed this jazz club/bar on trip advisor and felt confident of booking an evening during our stay in Prague. We were not disappointed. Agharta provides all you would want for a very enjoyable night of Jazz. The Musicians playing the evening we were there are a regular group and served up a great mix of styles. They... More

An intimate setting for some stunning jazz. We saw a local group: 'Hotline'. They were excellent and well worth the 250 Kr entrance fee. Beer was good and cheap. No smoking in the performance area was also excellent!

It's a great place, although a bit small so make sure you come in time to get nice seats. It's located right in the alley of the old town square, very easy to find. The band was awesome, the pianist is incredible. The ticket costs 250CZ for a 3 hours show. Another great thing is that it's also a non... More

I caught Robert Balzar Trio when I was there. I like the intimate setting, and it's an appropriate venue for some jazz. Robert played the double bass like a guitar. Very intriguing.
