Duplex has been through numerous owners through the years and now that they've settled on an Italian group, they cater mainly to Italian tourists and local Czechs who are friends of the owners and promoters. They've actually created a scheme that gets around the sticky issue of charging tourists more for drinks than locals by pricing drinks and beers well... more
