Miles of clean sand, plenty of drink / eating shacks along the way (with toilets). Just setting up for sports. Great for families.

We went to Sopot for a three day break in May 2012. We were pleasantly surprised when the temperature soared. The beach at Sopot is beautiful with white sands which stretch both sides of the longest wooden pier in Europe (with a moored Pirate Galleon). There is a pathway which runs along the back of the beach from one end... More

We expected more. There were no bathrooms (or I couldn't find them), and was really crowdy which was astonishing as it wasn't hot Summer day.

We recently travelled to Gdansk in Poland for a short break and decided to take the short train ride to sopot beach. Great spot, fantastic new marina and shops to visit. Lots of stalls alongside the prom with local crafts and lots of amber on sale. Lots of people tempting us to eat - the waffle covered in strawberry preserve... More

sandy beach, with some cafes/restaurants nearby. there is also a roller and bicycle place to ride.

clean, easy, nice pier to walk on - freshly painted. They are developing the beach, nice park and promenade. very civilised.

A perfect place to get sunshine, swim or just make a long walks. Close to cafe's and restaurant. You are on a beach and almost in a center of beautiful city at the same time.

Peace, tradition, beauty, authenticity. Souvenirs that are actually worth having. Hotel right on the beach.

i had so such enjoyed the beach and though it was about to be cold saw so many birds and vey beautiful swans....had a coffee at the marine caffe and gryaznoe wino... sand was clean and saw many all aged couples enjoying the walk and talk.....
