St Mary's church domiantes Krakow skyline. Where ever you are in the city look for them and you know where the old town. It is a huge red brick building with two distinct towers which are of different height. Legend has it that two brothers were employed to oversee the building work. This church is located right off the main square, Rynek Glowny. The altar is probably the main attraction here -- it was carved by Wit Stwosz, managed to be hidden during the years of German occupation during World War II.
