“How the Locals Shop”

This market is teeming with local shoppers. The building houses 2 levels of shops selling food, drinks, candies, flowers, clothing, and merchandise. A great accidental find, I would definitely recommend a stop here for 15 minutes of photos. more

On the 2 occasions that I have visited friends in Wroclaw, I have always clamored to come back to this place. The Market Hall is housed in a high-celinged, multi-level buidling constructed between 1906-08 by German architect Richard Plueddemann; I am personally a fan of turn-of-the century architecture such as this, with its art deco-ish touches.
