This small museum is an excellent reminder of the horrors Polish prisoners suffered under the hands of the Gestapo. Well work the time.

very small museum but worth finding it. It shows you the cells the political prisoners were held in prior to their "interrogations" or tortures. It was a very sobering place to be and an emotional experience.

Small museum, also designated a mausoleum, important so we don't forget what happen there. Note: photos at this page are misplaced (only 1 is of this location).

I visited museum last year and I have to tell you it is a still one of the strongest experiences on repressions of WW2 I've had. The exhibition is not big. It is heavy video based. But videos are just right to make you feel the pain and horror people went through at those times in Warsaw. Part of the... More

Small basement mausoleum tribute to the thousands interrogated and tortured here creates a graphic and menacing picture worth a visit easy walk or bus trip from centrawa or nowy... More

Hidden amidst various embassies, this unassuming museum is worth a quick visit. There are some English interpretive signs but you get the gist. There is an English "prologue" that the person at the ticket booth will play. Take the time to watch and listen to it. Seeing the cells and "trams" ( seats where prisoners sat waiting interrogation - or... More

Informative and a part of warsaw history that needs to be remembered. Price of a ticket iis for both but they are not near each other. No toilets at either. Evidence of cruelty and bravery

Small but very moving. A disturbing insight into the workings of the Gestapo and its brutal and sadistic treatment of ordinary Poles. A MUST SEE.
