It had snowed the night before, so the next day when we arrived at the park, everything was covered in white, which made the whole park and the monument look amazing.

The place near Chopin Monument is always very well prepared to attend Weekend's concerts of piano music. There are so many beatifull flowers and exhibitions of roses of various brands and colours, which contribute to the exceptionall atmospehere. The surroundings of the Monuments resembles the place where Chopin was born.

This monument is in a nice rose garden that is very nice to sit in but the monument itself is ugly and does not do justice to the talent of the man.

Very artistically rendered monument. Learning the history of the monument before visiting (re: symbolism, initial public response, history of statue itsef) enhances appreciation.

I walked all the way from where I was staying (near Nowy Swiat) and it took forever just to get to the park, and it was a warm day. Finally found the park and a shop and it was difficult to buy a bottle of water because it came in a glass bottle and I thought maybe it was mineral... More
