Well worth the visit if all you do is look out over the city from the tower. Lots of history well presented. We learned lots about Slovenia.

The castle is certainly beautiful, but I have seen more impressive ones. It offers good views of LJubljana, but not much else of interest.

Was hoping to see a traditional castle and the Ljubljana Castle had been modernised so that it was difficult to picture the original castle.

Looks good, new...nice bar in the court ( in the heart of the castle)... Interesting shows inside.. Kind personals... Interesting ride with funicular railway...

This castle has a great view from the city and surrounds. Take the funicular to get there, it worth (price and your knees and feet). There are many histories about the city and galleries.

Stuning place, from there you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. It's breath taking
