The spa itself is worth visiting simply for enjoying the building and design. However the whole experience was made a total misery by the sheer rudeness of all the staff. The Spa was beautiful and the pools quite nice, if incredibly confusing. We didn't really know what to do or where to go with a serious lack of signage, and someone stole my towel. I ended up cold, wet and lost - not my idea of a pleasant travel experience.
