A new building, a littel out of centre, that quickly became the best place for concerts in Budapest. The program is really excellent, any performance or presentation can be recommended. The National Concert Hall, whatever you think of the architecture (I am less than impressed) has excellent acoustics; apparently the smaller halls are also good (I have not been there...

This is the best concert hall in the world. Well, I have not been to every concert hall in the world but it is definitely one of the best It is better than any concert hall in New York or Paris and is as good, if not better than, the Musikverein in Vienna. I found this concert hall so wonderful...

the first of January is always the CREATION by Josef Hyden. The choir and orchestra with soprano and two other singers were superb. The lobby and hall are so beautiful..I bet every concert in this place would be absolutely wonderful.

This modern concert venue (not to be confused with the Palace of Art in Budapest!) is a great contrast to other older cultural venues in Budapest.
