the path to the top is quite wooded and we could see some used syringes on the way. The many benches in the secluded corners could be a lovers delight and we did see many couples cozying up. The victory monument on the top is great and the world war 2 bunkers are well preserved.

its really the must do for budapest, and theres a funicular to get you up there, so no need to climb. fishermans bastion is no 1 place to visit for the view, but theres a cluster of museums, the national gallery, some old houses, also some touristy restaurants

The most fantastic views over the City. We stopped off here from the Hop On Hop Off bus. Very good as you can decide how long you want to stay as the buses come round every hour.

Both times are great since Budapest is all lit up at night, prettiest city at night I've ever seen. Take the funicular if you don't wanna walk to the top, but make sure you go
