It is so hard to believe that this church is just over 100 years old as it's ornate architecture suggests it is much older, but it's beautiful condition suggests it is much younger. Definitely one for the list of must sees! Take the stairs or lift (small charge for the lift) to the top for great views of the city. The facade and square outside of the Bazilika are breathtaking, but the inside is just as good. On the ground floor, you can see St Stephen's hand (a saintly relic). And the view from the top is absolutely incredible! more

The Basilica is in a large square. Thus, you can admire its grandeur from the outside as you approach the basilica. The open space gives you also the opportunity to take photo of the entire church.
