budapest as a great zoo ,lovely animals well looked after. nice play areas for children ----coffee shops ice creams,snacks .Great place hungarians ,most who work here and in city speak great english.

this was our 2nd time going to the zoo for the last 5 years. and i was very impressed with the fact t hat they have improved and they are still renovation works being carried out. more giraffes, more tigers, complete buigs section, etc. Our favorite were the monkeys. They are working on some exhibits to improve animals enclosures. They really need to do this as a good portion of the enclosures make you want to report the zoo to animal welfare . We spent an entire day at the zoo. We had a lot of fun. My daughters are aged 5, 7 and 9. We had a lot of fun looking at the animals and playing in the park.
