Visiting spa is a must. This one has stunning interior around the main pool. I loved outside area with the pool that makes waves every hour. The only drawback is the price - way too much for swimming.

We chose to visit the Gellert Baths even though they cost a little more than other options because of the history and architecture. We were impressed but found the logistics a little bit confusing (eg, where you get the towels, etc).

Only one small area of the baths are beautiful, and this part is only open to women on Sunday. And the staff is rude. Too expensive for what it is.

Once again the actual building is very impressive. The baths themselves are ok, but honestly if you're a frequent traveler and familiar with Japanese hot springs, this is mediocre at best. The Baths themselves were amazing, but the staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. We would never go back to that particular bath again. An electonic wristband system is in use for opening/closing the individual changing cubicles and for booked massages/therapies. We were told to put on the wristbands and to leave them on until we wanted to leave the premises.... More
