It seems kind of weird to be sitting in Catholic church with clearly defined Islamic architecture, an Islamic prayer nook and even faded verses of the Korran on the wall. The Gazi Kaszim Mosque is in the heart of the city, so visiting it is easy once you get to Pecs. The Mosque is a 20 minute walk from the railway station, a nice walk in summer time. An interesting place to visit if you are on Pecs. more
