The Hill of Crosses is an amazing sight to behold whether you are religious or not. People leave crosses here for monumental events, so there are crosses of all sizes covering the small hill. There is even one left by a Pope. There are many stories of how the Soviets tried to destroy this hill and could not succeed. This... more
