Ok, if you would like to know more for the history Lithuania and like a museums...
If you've never been to Lithuanian, this is the perfect first day stop to get yourself familiar with the country's history and people. The museum is small and navigable in a just over two hours. Most of the exhibits are in english as well.
If you think about what museums were like in Britain in the 1970s, then you've got an idea of what this one is like! We were followed closely around the galleries by some scary looking museum attendants who must have thought we looked dodgy!

There is loads to see and my personal favourite was the crosses room with video of crosses and what they mean and why the locals use them. The examples of local dress and battlefield layouts were also particularly interesting. There is just lots of things that you do not normally see in view of the unique history of this country.
This museum is probably best enjoyed by people with a keen interest in history rather than casual strollers. The explanations are relatively scarce (especially in English) and the setups sometimes in a weird order.
However, some rooms are truly remarkable for research-minded people. As a French person, I took great interest in the room presenting items related to the Napoleon...
