We visted the Skyline Bar back in April, back then it was freezing cold and it was a great place to go to for a drink at the end of a long day. The lift to the top floor allows you to see out across Riga, when you get to the top a well stocked bar with plenty of seating... more
We visited during the day and were pleasantly surprised to be able to choose between window tables. The music was unintrusive. A great place to rest your legs at the end of a city tour. more
