It's a fun place in the market. There are various things for sale, food to eat, groceries to buy. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and if you're willing to go for something of medium quality, you'll get it for a lower price. Best of all, the market is easily accessible!

I love markets and frequent them in Melbourne, farmers markets, arts and crafts, food. This market doesn't rate -cheap new-age goods and junk. There are some quality foodstuffs in the small food hall at the rear but not much of a range. If you're looking for some quality gifts or products to take home visit the Fremantle Arts Centre instead!

The markets at Fremantle are well worth browsing through. Lots of variety - plants, household items, clothing, food, etc. but it is interesting just to walk around, listen to the music and watch the shoppers. However there is more to Fremantle than the markets. It is a good-sized town with lots of activity, many shops and a good selection of... More

Unless you after some overpriced souveniers this is not the place for you. Greasy food, crappy products. Just give it a miss.

It's a short and easy break to drive from Perth city to Fremantle.., we went to Kailis seafood at the harbour, ambled around Adelaide Terrace then shopped in Fremantle Markets. The gaiety, range of goods and activity were wonderful. However we were cheated by a souvenir shop run by an Asian woman who overcharged us and omitted to give us... More

A good place to wander about on a weekend morning. Interesting stalls with a great variety of merchandise.

A very easy place to visit to shop for curios and speciality foods. Also has eating facilities. If we have tourist visitors, this is one place (and Kings Park, Perth) that is on the must see list. Also has things for children to see. The Markets are within easy walking distance from other eating places along Fremantle cappuccino strip.

A lot of the fruit and veg stalls seemed to offer reasonable prices but watch out for quality it is not always the best. We purchased some tasty India curry pies, I love hot food and enjoyed every mouthful. Purchased some lovely soaps and pot pourri would have purchased more but could not find what we were looking for. Worth... More
