I spent 14 days floating the Tatshenshini-Alsek River 2 summers ago. The wild flowers were the most spectacular I have ever seen. A rainbow of color with Fireweed, Indian paintbrush - every color of the rainbow, and about 50 other species. Rowing next to Walker glacier made my heart stop. We have done two rafting tripson the Tatshenshini - Alsek Rivers Trip 1 was a 6 day Upper Alsek trip and Trip 2 was a 12 day Tatshenshi- Alsek trip ending at the Pacific Ocean.
