I loved it, hiking around the area, its just so beautiful. We even learned a little by doing the desert view hike, but that alone wont make you happy. There is also a camping place which looked amazing, but no showers... Stop by for at least 2 hours if you are in the area, its worth it!

My husband and I stopped here on the way to the eastern sierras. Hagen was a great 1 mile loop with desert landscape and red cliffs. Window rock is easily spotted from the trail. There are joshua trees as well as lizards to take photos of as well. It is very hot I recommend a hat for sun protection.

Kind of a mission to get there, but it is a lot of fun once you do. It is a mostly college-aged crowd, lots of beer drinking and lounging. Don't forget to bring your water shoes! You will really regret it if you do not bring them. Also, bring an ipod with some speakers and pack a lunch. You will...
