We've enjoyed biking the Canal Loop Trail twice now and each time, it's as nerve-wracking and exciting to take on. Trail goes in/out of the forest, along the lake with great views for breaks. Information station is very helpful with maps. Highly recommend spending a day here.

The planetarium at the Golden Pond Visitor Center was a real treat for all ages. They change the show on a regular basis so I am going back the next time that we are in the area. The adjacent elk and bison prairie was also fun.
