The smoked fish is awesome and their home-made "slim jims" are the real deal. A must stop for any one traveling across the UP. Also bought their seasonings and packaged dried soups.

Pricing for smoked fish was incredible! $5/lb for smoked trout, $6/lb for smoked salmon. We don't know how to fillet fish but it flaked apart so easily - didn't even need to do much. We sampled it before freezing and it was fabulous. I actually preferred the taste of the smoked trout to the salmon - outstanding.
