Go during off peak hours. We went mid-day on a March weekday and had lots of elbow room. I think this would be much less fun if there was a crowd. As it was we had fun though the crime scenes are a little to easy to solve. We are not CSI watchers but real fans of the tv show... More

My son & I are massive CSI fans and thought it would be a great way to spend a wet afternoon in the big apple! From all the posters advertising stuff it looks like you are to get 3 experiences. No where does it say you pay for one experience then have to pay even more for the other 2.... More

It was interesting, but needs to be a bit be organized groups are too large to actually enjoy the experience fully. After going to stations in your crime screen you have to go to computer station for further clues, etc. There's about 25 people x's 3 crime scenes all grouped in small area and each crime scene computer station only... My 12 year old daughter and I were looking for something to do with 2 hours before a movie. We had previously researched this attraction on TripAdvisor and saw it didn't receive that great of a review, so we had removed this from our itinerary. Then we were walking through times square and decided to try it any way. We... More

Really enjoyed this experience of playing a detective and doing the forensics on the crime we had.My husband and i got the suspect right, and also at the end of the experience you get a personalized certificate from Gill Grissom (You don't see him in person though).

My son loves CSI and really wanted to go to this exhibit when we passed by it in New York City. I thought it looked like a tourist trap (I'm from a tourist town) but my son begged me to go and I relented. Big Mistake! First of all it cost $50.00 for me and my 11 year old, which... More

There are sooo many exciting things to do in NY - don't waste your time and money on this one! The concept is great, but the actual outworking of it is basic and way too easy and obvious. You'd learn more watching an episode of CSI.

This concept is a good idea however it is very expensive for the short one hour "experience". It was interesting but very basic. You could just lay this on a software game at home.

This attraction was kindof cool, in that you examine a crime scene, and then do analysis on the evidence. The issue I had was that the solution to the crime was pretty much laid out, so there was no way you could come to any other conclusion. I don't see the fun if you can't get the answer wrong. Also,... More
