Stand on the steps of the Jefferson Memorial and look out over the water to the Dr Martin Luther King Jr. National Memorial. It doesn't get much better than this!

The Jefferson Memorial provides a view that is second to none. I love to stand and look at the water. A beautiful monument dedicated to a even greater man. Take the time to visit and you will agree.

Great place to visit! Everything was beautiful! The statue was amazing and bathrooms downstairs were clean.

Be sure to go to the lower level where exhibits are located. There were many interesting facts about Jefferson's life and his involvement with starting UVA.

Don't put this off until the end of the day; you'll be too tired to make the hike from the parking lot to the monument.

This monument, in my opinion, is the prettiest one out of all of them. Its Roman-style columns let open air and lots of sunlight in, making the place look extraordinary.
