It's really nice campus and it's ok to go there once (unless you are a student there), there isn't much to see..
Georgetown is a Jesuit Catholic University, but you would never know it. They have fallen so far from being a true Catholic University that I am ashamed to call them that. They need to wake up as Catholic University has in DC
Easy to get around by walking. Lovely old, historic buildings. Especially nice in the fall with the leaves changing.

Go see the GU football team, really nice atmosphere, good family place. Prices for food and drinks are reasonable, team is good, and fans are fun to be with. Highly recommend.
What's not to like? This is a wonderful university where I took a few classes, but mostly was there for a hospital stay and numerous doctor's visits. The campus is nicely kept. It's very pretty especially in fall. The surrounding area is pretty nice as well. I'm not a student there but it looks peaceful though I'm sure like all colleges, it probably gets crazy at times.
