As residents of the island, the museum has always been a favorite of ours, and we always take our visiting friends there. Recently they added a new one hour historic walking tour of the town that is a great bargain. The tour starts at the Casino, where the museum is located, and ends in the downtown area. The Museum is located on the ground floor of the Casino building. When I first saw it 10 years ago I was less than impressed and didn't bother going again for several years. My family dragged me there last month on a recent visit to the Island and wow! It's so different! It's a great introduction to the amazing history... more
