He takes it really seriously, personally guiding you underwater to the good stuff and describing it all in the process. We had the best time with Carlos. He is simple, reserved and quiet. However, he knew where all of the sea life was. He was concerned about the environment and tolerated some very ridiculous tourist behavior. We went out with him twice. more
