We arrived at Guatemala City airport with a couple of hours to spare and walked over to the zoo after checking our bags in - it's a 15-20 minute walk away. We had a wonderful time at the ZOO. There are many animals that you dont see in a US Zoo. Its clean and laid out very well. The animals have great habitats and good viewing. Its very reasonably priced. Its conveniently located and close to the airport. There is a wonderful handicraft market across the street. more
