We 1st booked the adventure because no one else could bring us to any Lava Flow. So we called ‘Ahiu Hawaii to ask if they were able to bring us up to some. This is your way to actually see the lava and get close enough that you can poke a stick in it! (I sure did, see attached photos) The main reason we (and probably most people) wanted to visit the Big Island was to see the volcano and lava.
