I was taken by locals to the public baths not the tourist western style baths. You have to walk down about 500 steps so you need to consider that after the thermal pools and a massage you have to climb up the stairs. I did it in the middle of summer and I think it was about 37c. The tourist... More

People with troubles with their legs, crutches and wheelchairs will not be happy there because of the many stairs up and down. The smell of sulphur is not everbody´s, but the Thermal Station is good for backaches and some muscle problems. The stalls along the ways are full with things you will need in hammams. Be also aware of young... More

I had been looking forward to having a spa experience at this place, but it was a big disappointment for me and my two friends. Moulay Yacoub is a beautiful city. It's certainly worth the trip there, but not for the Themes at Moulay Yacoub. The 520Ds($65) package that includes a 30-minute massage, use of the hot tub, pool and... More

I took the petit taxi from Fes and the scenery to Moulay Yacoub was enjoyable. Got solicited for a donkey ride which was cool. lol! The hot pool at Moulay Yacoub was okay; I did not expect it to be fabulous and found the establishment itself to be average. The staff were courteous; they provided bathrobes but I can't remember... I went to the thermal station but regretted. It is not really professional, the girls who work there are not polite. I paid for the vaporarium (about 10 min) and the swimming pool. In the swimmingpool there where about 30 man and only 3 women! As a woman I didn't feel comfortable at all, men were watching all the time... More

It was acceptable. Don't really go to any other establishment because that was - supposedly the best in the country - was on the border line. Not cheap. More or less clean. They give you a think bathrobe that gets wet very quickly and it is quite cold there. They don't give you towels! Not even if you take a... More

Getting there is the first obstacle to overcome. We were staying in Fez - about half an hour from the spa. A hotel will arrange a car but it will cost about 50 quid. We took a petit taxi to the bus station and from there you will find numerous drivers who can take you there for a variety of... More
