Our day at Faim d'epice was delightful. We learned to cook a traditional moroccan tagine, bread and crepes and enjoyed every minute of it. Michele and his staff are as exceptional as the food we created. I highly recommend this as a day excursion while staying in Marrakech. We combined it with the Hammam in the afternoon, which rounded out... More

Our day at Faim d'Epices was definitely one of our major highlights of Morocco. Our experience with Michel and his team ran so perfectly from our time of booking until even after we returned home from our trip (I won't ruin the surprise here!) The dishes that we cooked on the day were so easy to make with their guidance,... More

As part of a gastro trip to Marrakech we knew we wanted to do a cookery course to learn all about the local cuisine and through searching on trip advisor we took the plunge and booked a day at Faim d'Epices and I can genuinely say that that we cannot wait to go back! We were picked up bang on... More

My husband and i had a fantastic time at L'atelier Faim d'Epices. Michel was an excellent host, funny and entertaining and the dishes was the best food that we ate in Morocco.. If you are thinking of booking a class, do! It was the highlight of out time in Marrakesh..

There isn't much I can say about the cooking class that others haven't already said very well. So I'll direct my comments to non-cooking men, a group that includes me. Okay, so your wife wants you to go to cooking class with her and you'd rather be poked in hte eye with a sharp stick. You didn't go all the... More

As an ex chef I was very interested in this when searching for things to do on my holiday, and I wasn't dissapointed! The pickup from the hotel was bang on time with a friendly driver, and the transfer only took about 20 minutes. we were then greeted by Nezha our cook/teacher for the day then served mint tea by... A friend and I took the cooking class featuring tajine of lamb and prunes. We were picked up near our riad and wisked away with six other would-be-chef's to the Faim d'Epices farm where we were greeted by one of the owners, Michel, who served us mint tea and gave us an overview of the day. The initial introduction to... More

This course is brilliant! For a start it is great value, it is not a half day at all as we were picked up and 9.30am and returned back to our hotel at 5.00pm. All day you are made to feel so welcome and given fresh juice, wine, mint tea, bread.....so much delicious food and drink that when it came... More

So, a review for the cooking class in Marrakech, sorry this took so long.  Problem is I can't remember names at this point, however, the important part, the cooking, well that will be no problem... We had a blast.  The fella who probably co owns the class, Michel, picked us up at the designated time there at our Riad, so... More

What a wonderfu way to spend half the day. We learned so much about cooking, and the food was wonderful. There were 6 couples on our course. we enjoyed the time we spent meeting these people and sharing tips for the city. Very professional and worth every penny.
