I was at the Lungshan Temple recently. It was a bright sunny Sunday and with the Chinese New Year coming, they had a Lion/Dragon Dance that day. It was great watching close up. A great Cultural Experience. The Temple is just beautiful, the Work done on the building is exquisite, It is definitely worth a visit. more

I visited Lungshan Temple on a rainy night after a trip to the nearby night market. Huge golden incense pots sent up columns of smoke in the mist. People in very ordinary Western dress were all around in various poses of worship: kneeling, bowing, clasping hands together and holding smoldering incense sticks which they tossed into the censers.
