I visited the Santi Chaiprakarn Park simply because it was near my hotel and I hadn’t seen the Chao Phraya River yet. The park was lively and full of hula hoopers and jugglers (mostly foreigners). Lovely area by the bank of Chopraya River. There are many little shops and restaurants around, Best time to visit must be in the evening!
Try to visit this fort during the day and night. Don't forget to take pictures as well and you may see the differences, with the lights and without the lights. I like both though.
The park next to the fort is a good place to visit and get some rest. Bring along your snack and water, enjoy the ChaoPhraya River...
