I visited the Santi Chaiprakarn Park simply because it was near my hotel and I hadn’t seen the Chao Phraya River yet. The park was lively and full of hula hoopers and jugglers (mostly foreigners). It was also right next to the Phra Sumen Fort, which was beautiful. For more info and photos, check out my blog post at http://growninsouthernground.wordpress.com/2012/03/22/bangkok-thailand/.

The park next to the fort is a good place to visit and get some rest. Bring along your snack and water, enjoy the ChaoPhraya River... More
