Most major BKK shopping centres have cineplexes. Additionally, there are some freestanding cineplexes. Bangkok is a good place to go for films. Facilities are good, and economical compared to most other large cities. Thai, other Asian, and Western films are common. Thai films in BKK usually have English subtitles.
