This is the weekday version of Jatujak weekend market . The good thing is it's opened at night so you have to be hot and humid during the day. Things are similar to the Jatujak one but something has higher price. The puppet theatre inside was amazing. i think they have a show daily. more

Food: there is an outdoor food hall with many food stalls selling similar food.... You have to buy the ticket at the entrance, pay for the food by tickets, and then refund by the leftover tickets. I would go for their grilled seafood! Sometimes there will be live band shows at the food hall. Shopping: The products here generally are... more

I loved this night bazaar, was a bit of a treck from the train station but the walk was nice. Very well set up and inside there are tons of stalls, restaurants and bars. Some real good few evenings was spent there and also grabbed myself some bargains. A real taste of a great market in Thailand more

We went to Suan Lum the day a tropical depression was moving through, and it was SOOO humid that as I walked through the market, it was suffocating. It isn't an open air market, so the stagnant, humid air was brutal. The outside area was fun, with tons of restaurants to choose from, several bars, and a live band playing... more

We found this place on our last night after watching the fights at Lumphinee, and had some time to kill before we had a dinner booking at Sirocco. We were kicking ourselves for not coming here earlier! Unlike all the shops selling the same crap at MBK, Patpong, etc, this is little laneways full of designers etc with their own... more

This is a better market than the weekend market if you are not a hardcore shopper, though prices are supposed to be slightly higher as it isn't as local as the weekend market. It is a more pleasant environment, far less hot/crowded/manic and there is still some cool stuff to be picked up. There is also a massive food court... more

We went to this bazar after wasting our time at lot many places, we wanted to buy many goods for gifting purpose in a big quantity. So we went there at nearly 11:00 pm. Night bazar sounded to us as if it might be open till 1:00 or 2:00 am. but when we reached there it was already closing. But... more

They close around midnight so you can get in some late night shopping if you want. They cater to tourists, meaning it's expensive by Thai standards. You should try to bargain at least 50% of the quoted price, but then again, it's like splitting hairs so it might not even be worth the hassle. This place has the biggest collection... more

Suan Lum Night Bazaar is just next to Lumphini Park and can be easily reached by the sky train, underground or taxi. You can’t miss the big Ferris wheel as you approach and if you go on the big wheel it’s actually not bad for some night views of Bangkok. I think of Suan Lum as a ‘posh market’ because... more

You may think this is the cheapest place in the world, but it is nothing like that, it is actually quite expensive, so you need to bargain a lot, typically the prices are twice what they should be, if the person gets a little insistent with the high price, walk away and they will sell it for what you proposed... more
