Came for the afternoon class with my wife. We found it to be warm, unpretentious, fun, and healthy. May Kaidee has a lot of "it" factor and seems to have captured the authentic soul of Thai food. Even though she could have gone a more commercialized route, she has stayed true to her values. Definitely recommend.
