Booked this adventure at the hotel. They picked us off and dropped us off. I can't say enough about the staff -- friendly and safety-minded. Lunch was included and no complaints about it. The hike up the waterfall is challenging. more

A great experience as a whole..you start with an hour's drive out to the site, 5 minutes gearing up and then a short 5 minute hike to the first platform...zip lining through the canopy is breathtaking and such an exhilarating experience. Our guides North and Dave were entertainingly hilarious but made sure we felt safe and secure at all time.... more
Great combination of zip lines, ropes and suspension bridges in beautfiul Thai rainforest. What a great adventure! Even though I am/was petrified of heights I felt safe so that I could totally enjoy the experience after the first thoughts of "I don't think I can do this!" Guides were totally safe, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humour. Would do... more
Lots of fun flying through the beautiful jungle. Slightly nuts (though very safe) guides made the trip very funny for the whole group. Food was pretty good and the waterfall walk afterwards pleasant. Very well organised and a great day out! more
We visited Flight of the Gibbon over Christmas, 2008. We were picked up in town and driven via van to the site (about an hour ride). The description includes a hike, but that was really the only half-baked thing about it. We were taken to a waterfall and told to just "hike up" but be back on time. It felt... more
We had looked into doing other zip-line experiences in South East Asia. At first we were planning on doing a longer two day trip, but with a backpacker budget those trips were a little outside of our price range. We found Flight of the Gibbon listed on Trip Advisor and decided to try it. While it was still expensive, it... more
We were a group of thirteen in Chiang Mai, ages 20 to 60 years old looking for something we could all enjoy, and participate in as a group. We decided on Flight of the Gibbon, a zip-line adventure in a rain forest an hour or so out of the city. They sent two vans and picked us up from our... more
2nd family trip (2 adults, 4 children) to Thailand (my 5th). 1st time I've done this attraction. We had a great 3 hours, even though it was exceptionally warm this year. Very comunicative guides. I'll certainly do this one again! more
'The Flight of the Gibbon' in the Tree Canopy north of Chiang Mai is an excellent experience. It takes about 1 1/2 hrs to get there from C.M. and you can leave at 6 am, 10 am or midday (which is a little cheaper). Once there, you get kitted out in a harness and helmet before being taken to the... more
First off they were 2 hours late picking us up and it was never clear why we were forgotten. We arrived a half hour before they usually close for the day, because of this I felt rushed through the whole tour because the guides wanted to go home. The whole event only last 40 minutes at the most. The trees... more
