We're keen home cooks, so I was thrilled that this class catered well to both the beginner cooks as well as those who've made a few curry pastes in their time. The market visit was great fun, made us want to move to Thailand so we could alway get fresh spices and herbs. The menu had lots of variety, so... More

I only joined the half day class with 3 dishes, the soup, the noodle and the curry. All food tastes great. Nancy is so cheerful and experienced in cooking, you will receive a recipe and a certificate after the course. I hope that I can try to cook Thai food at home one day! I think Siam Rice will not... You get a market tour, cook your food and the get to eat all of it. All 6 dishes. They even bag your food up if you can't finish without you even having to ask. You also get a recipie book with all the food you made and other info and tips. You also get to choose from at least... More

This was a fantastic experience. A market visit followed by an evening class where we each cooked 4 dishes, chosen by us, with everything explained in detail as we went along. A group of 4, we had the class to ourselves and after the class was over we got to sit around with the families and have a drink with... More

We signed up for this cookery school further to online research and were not disappointed. we met some great people on the course and made delicious, authentic thai meals - however do not eat ANYTHING before you go, as you make at least 6 dishes and need to eat them all! you get to choose whether you make hot /... Booked a full day to get the full experience and of course dessert. Pick-up was on-time. The market tour was informative. The cooking class with Sim was funny, educational and Sim was very patient with everyone. What takes their service over the top is when I found out that I forgot my camera lens cap at the cooking school, I... More

Booked in for the half day, morning cooking class, which was more than enough for my wife and I as we got to cook everything that we wanted to. We really enjoyed the market tour; learning about the ingredients and getting to know everyone in the class with us. Loved the dedication and wittiness of the Owner/ Host. She was... More

My family groaned a bit before this excursion - they ended up loving it. Nancy was very patient with us as we waffled between the all day and 1/2 day... she kindly accommodated us! I was glad that we narrowed it to 5 dishes - IT IS A LOT OF FOOD :)!!! My kids' (12,10, 8) palates are expanding but... More

3 of my girlfriends and I recently travelled to Thailand and visited Chiang Mai. We wanted to do a cooking class and debated the various classes offered at the hotels. I'm SO glad we didn't do that. Pot and his wife own the school and they are both really nice! They pick you up at your hotel and bring you... More
