I did a 2 day walking only trek. First day was ok - lot's of on road walking but the 2nd day was great as most was spent in the jungle. The guide was great and knew a lot about the forest and spoke english very well.

Opted for the 1day option giving a trek,village visit,elephant ride and white water rafting. Guides were nice enough but the rest is a bit of a sham.
