A fun class was had learning the secrets of Thai food style. We were able to master the dishes as our chef and instructor was teaching us step by step. The curry paste was explained and taught step by step as we prepared each ingredient. This class was long enough to learn all the components of Thai cuisine on an... More

I did go because my wife loves cooking. And I can say it was one of the best days in Chiang Mai. Very professional. I did enjoy every minute of the class except unbearable heat. And I do not like cooking!!!

I did the Beginner's course (full day). You can request for a pick-up at your hotel at no additional charge. I paid for my course via PayPal. Upon arrival at the office, we were given a choice to go to the market to see the ingredients or to go to the school and attend a lecture on the ingredients. I... More

This cooking class is great. Upon returning to my country, I've been able to cook pad thai, tom yum goong, spring rolls, and chicken in basil - with no difficulty at all. Plus, they teach you the purpose of each ingredient in the recipe. Highly recommended to those who wish to bring authentic thai cooking to their homes.

I loved that you got to shop and then cook the whole menu yourself whcih means that you can remember how to do it. Very friendly class even though I was teh oldest - could easily have made friends.

I've actually been to several Thai cooking classes, and definitely will study more with the chef here. I see he even has 'Master Classes' for those who are professional or more knowledgeable. Although it's a big school and there were about 25 people there the day I went, I liked that it was set beside a real family home (where... More
