This cooking school was fantastic. The owners, a brother/sister team, started their own school in order to have small classes and individual instruction. Consequently, when my mother and I went we had the teacher to ourselves. The classes are taught in such a way that it is easy to take what you've learned and then cook Thai food at home.... more
