If I have some time off during my visit to chiang mai I alwas try to squeeze in some mountainbiking. Aidan and his crew offer excellent rides down doi suthep (and other mountains), and the guides are very skilled at adapting the rides to suit the skill levels for the group. I tend to choose trip three as it also... More

These guys will not put you on a raft when you asked for kayaking! I am a beginner. Aidan made a perfect 4 hour trip with good instructions, guiding and perfect level of difficulty. I both learnt a lot and had a lot of fun. They choose route depending on water level and difficulty. I very much recommend this and... More

Biking on the mountain of Chiang Mai, Doi Suthep, which was an exciting and fascinating company. I made biking daytrips with "Mountain Biking Chiang Mai &Kayaks", including the tour "The old smugglers routes" It lasted about 5 hours, sunshine and rain accompanied us. It was hard, very interesting and varied, a fantastic route in the Thailand mountains, cross country and... More

We did this back in 2009, but I always meant to write a review because it was great. Prior to this we had never really mountainbiked and had booked a 'flat' trip with this company. In their office we got to talk with the owner and he convinced us to try the easiest downhill route they offer. (That's #1 -... More

There are so many ways to get down the hill (the tracks were initially formed by hilltribes going up and down the hill) so long as you can ride a bike they'll find a challenging but fun way to get you down. I was lucky to have a private guide (nobody else wanted to ride up hills as well! I... More

A must do for everyone who likes to mountainbike or downhill! Good material (bike en protection) Good english speaking guides. They will choose the right track for your level! Not Boring, not too dangerous.... perfect downhill experience! Small groups, so you get individual feedback. (two or three persons) Very professional organised, very efficient and not too expensive. Getting out into the wilderness around Chiang Mai is a worthwhile and invigorating activity and there is no better way than with a mountain bike. The scenery is awesome and the routes are varied for rider experience and abilities. They group the riders based on customer preference and then after 30 minutes regroup afer they've seen everyone's style and speed.... More

WOW! How could you rate these guys badly - I guess everyone has a different attitude that gets a different reaction! Lek (our guide) was awesome! Bro - make sure you watch that movie we were talking about "Team america world police" maybe the US marine corps guy will be in there (a puppet version of course!) Anyway - I... More

Just got back from an excellent day kayaking just outside of Chiang Mai. The company pick you up from your guest house/hotel at 8.30 and it's a full day of kayaking until you get back around 6pm. High quality kayaks are used and you get the choice of sit-on tops or touring kayaks. Aidan (the owner) and the guides obviously... More

I enjoyed both the kayaking and mountain biking while in CM with this company. Both are great experiences. They have different tours for every level and was great to get to use such good equipment. No other shop has this in CM. Be a bit flexible with your time as they run a bit late but so does everything in... More
