This shopping mall is located at the most buzzing, busy area in Pattaya. This is in the same building of Hilton hotel. From the hotel, you can directly access in this mall. The location is very good. Can be accessed from both beach road and 2nd road. Variety of collection of products specially apparel, shoes, bags toys and Thai crafts. Plenty... More

This is the newest and largest mall in Pattaya. If you want to shop for souvenirs, go to the basement floor. The prices, if you bargain, are pretty much the same as in the markets that do not have free air conditioning. There is a good supermarket on the basement floor as well. The rest of the floors have your... More

This is one of the newest shopping malls in Pattaya and have entrance both from the beach road and 2. road. The parking is good, and you may find the most of what you looking for in this complex. Many great places to eat, and even some shops for us male's...

Mamma Mia at Central Festival My kids love Italian food and we are always trying new restaurants. This is a nice restaurant in the second floor of Central Festival that has some outdoor tables. There is not a lot of food to choose but it is enough. We went there twice, my daughter love the spaghetti Bolognese and that was... More

- Great Cinema - Good selection of fast food outlets - Great Selection of sit-down restaurants - Mediocre Department Store (Central) - Shops are generally segregated by type so that on a particular floor you will find all the shops of that type, ie. fashion wear, Thai crafts, hair & beauty, electronics, sit-down restaurants, banks

A very nice and high class shopping centre. Recommend the restaurants there; the variaty of different foods is great. A great change from the noisy outside. One drawback, which is a problem in Pattaya; excuse the very rude russians who do not respect the thai people and culture. Bikinis are something you use on the beach, not in the streets... More

I'm writing this review while sitting in the Central Shopping Mall. To be completely honest it's over priced, on the ground floor are the souvenirs, there is nothing there that you cannot buy from any market in Pattaya at a better price. The food court is also located here, for those who are afraid to mix with the locals then... More

I've eaten at many of the restaurants in Central Festival center but the Edge restaurant in the Hilton Hotel - situated above the mall - is exceptional. The best tasting international food in Pattaya. At the moment there is a discount price of B300 for lunch and B700 for dinner - inclusive of taxes and service. No where is as... More

"The Loft" is an International cuisine food court. Prices are very reasonable for such beautiful place to dine in. Do try the chef's recommendation. You can also savor your food while overlooking the beautiful beach. Great for couples! I would recommend this than the ground floor food court :P "MK Restaurant" is a Thai style hotpot. If you don't fancy... More

A fantastic shopping right along the beach. Heaps of shops, from hairdresses to clothes. Also heaps of places to eat at. Love Pizza Company etc there. There is also a Sizzler that must be the best one in Thailand. A great shopping centre, but keep in mind that its not as cheap as MBK in Bangkok, much more upmarket. Try... More
