At the top floor of Royal Garden Plaza Pattaya you can find "Food Wave" which offers international food court with a decked balcony merged in the sea view of Pattaya.
At first glance this food court looks promising, as the food mockups on each kitchen looks great.

Endless shopping choices which all insist you to forget yourself. A very big shopping mall with good eateries choice. Centrally located just 2 minute walk from Walking street and on 2nd floor is GREAT Ripley's believe it or not world (worth not missing at all) Bit costlier shopping as compared to Bangkok.
