I just finished 5 classes in 4 days under Sheri's tuition. What an enjoyable and enriching experience. I took my first class today at Happy Home today. It was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it to all visitors to Pattaya. Sheri speaks very good English and really enjoys teaching her skills to visitors. You will make many dishes and not have a big enough stomach to eat everything. Just over a week ago I attended my course at the school, which Sherri packed into 4 days rather than 5-which was good. I basically had one-on-one tuition for the entire course, except for one day where a Russian cook turned up with an group of various interpreters. I just wanted to let everyone know that we have tried to address Pete's concern about the heat. We have added ceiling fans to help move the air around better. The previous problem was that the fans we had blew on the stoves and made it hard to cook. However, with the addition of the ceiling fans, we have solved...

I enjoyed my trip Thailand in April 2008 and one of the highlights was meeting Sheri at the Happy Home Thai Cooking School!
