We heard about Vietnam Cookery Center by another couple we met. The class is incredible - It was such a great cooking class, the trip through the market was such fun! You learn so much about the way it all works - a must do!

We echo the previous remarks about this being a course for tourists looking for a fun outing. The class was only 2.5 hours long including about an hour eating and talking to classmates. Absolutely super fun. A bit chaotic at times but it's worth every $ (or dong). If you love Vietnamese food - or you're simply curious about how it's prepared - go visit. It almost make you feel brave enough to try the street food. Almost.
