The Opera House is a charming building, great for photography. Best for night time photography as it is lit beautifully. They also has performance if you want to fully experience it. Just check with the counter.

Beautiful place with all french influence in its architecture like most of the old buildings in Ho Chi Minh. Every week they have function so you should book for one and enjoy from a nice opera concert to an international orchestra.

Found the Opera House whilst on a walking tour. Really pleased that an extra performance was announced for the same evening...plus complimentary eat/drinks-soft- before the start of the performance. It is near the City Hall. Most tourist have their photos taken here.

Ticket prices are very reasonable and the quality of performances is getting better and better. I was surprised to see a Steinway piano on...

This is a nice building, but unless you're here to see a performance (prices are reasonable), there's really not that much to see from the outside, so it's not terribly worth the visit.
